Role Synopsis
|
Our client is celebrating its 35th anniversary this summer – would you like a ticket to the party? It is proud and excited to have reached this anniversary by providing their excellent Learning and Development service (Management, Leadership, Team Working and Individual Development), staying true to its values and beliefs, whilst retraining its independent ownership. They are currently seeking a number of individuals, who are passionate about learning, to enhance its existing team.
Your role as a Business Development Executive will be to generate leads from existing and new clients by telephone and develop long term relationships, ensuring that each new and existing account is ‘mined’ to its full potential. This role is predominantly office based with occasional face to face client meetings
The successful candidates will have the ability to build lasting relationships and rapport quickly; possess the persuasive ability to develop and close business and be capable of farming accounts to maximise revenues within each account. You will also possess excellent communication skills, efficient organisational skills and deliver outstanding customer service. On a personal level, you will exhibit drive, energy, enthusiasm; be self motivated, reliable and have a ‘can-do’ approach.
