Role Synopsis
For over 30 years, our Surrey based client has been a market leading training organisation and today, they are still leading the way. Due to internal promotion, they now have a requirement for an Internal Sales Executive (Telesales Account Managers) to help them maintain their market leading position. In this mainly office-based role your main focuses will be: preparing and making outgoing telephone calls following up internally generated leads; generate and increase revenues by selling to key contacts and individuals within your geographical territory; work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales targets, ideally in a telesales business-business environment. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and visual communication skills, be energetic and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ mentality, a highly motivated team player capable of influencing a wide range of personalities; target oriented with a desire to build a career of high achievement and open to a challenging, ever changing, innovative role. Superb package consisting of £22k basic with a further £13k in bonuses (uncapped), plus benefits after qualifying period.
