Role Synopsis
|
A telesales role with a company car!! - Yes you heard us; working for a household name as an Account Manager you will be expected to develop, maximise and maintain all potential sales from an allocated base of B2B customers. You will also possess the ability to communicate at all levels and manage your time effectively. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in sales or customer services with evidence of success an advantage. You will be a determined, self motivated individual who thrives in a targeted, pressurised environment. Working to daily and monthly targets, the Key Skills for success in this role are: Creating desire, identifying needs, up-selling, cross-selling, negotiating and closing deals by using persuasive and influential sales skills, building and maintaining relationships by becoming a “Business Partner” to the customer by using interpersonal skills, reliability, accuracy and attention to detail. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and hungry for success and financial rewards. Official hours are 9-6pm, Monday to Friday. Excellent remuneration with a basic salary of £15-25k, 6-15k bonus, car (by negotiation) and 21 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays. |
