Role Synopsis
|
Based in Redhill Surrey, Salespeople Etc are a recruitment company with a difference and we are looking for new members to join us and assist in our growth. Offering our clients a range of services from straightforward recruitment, through to executive search; training and sales engineering, we are growing in reputation and numbers! We are very open-minded and offer a fantastic working environment with the ability to earn great money and grow your career. We are currently looking for the following individuals: 1. Part-time recruitment consultants: Probably in your late twenties - 60's, you will have spent at least 2 years in a sales management role. You may have taken a career break to bring up children, or be looking to downscale your working week. These roles could be based anywhere in the UK or at our Redhill offices, with hours to suit. Expected earnings of £18-30k (uncapped) dependant on hours worked. 2. Trainee Consultant: Probably having just graduated or in your early twenties with at least 2 years work experience, you are looking to progress a rewarding career in recruitment. Expected earnings of £18-30k 3. Senior Consultant: Probably in your late twenties, you will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and at least 12 months sales recruitment experience. Package negotiable with a good basic salary, uncapped bonus and a genuine career opportunity. For all roles, you can expect a mixture of account management along with the challenge of winning new clients. You should be smartly presented with exemplary communication skills and possess the drive and desire to deliver fantastic results whilst maintaining the highest levels of client service.
