  • Receive and Assess CV
    Conduct comprehensive Telephone screening to assess both suitability and telephone sales skills ability
  • Meet prospective candidate for a personal discussion
  • Candidate signs Candidate Charter.
  • In depth discussion with candidate, confirming business achievements, work history, personal stability and short; medium and long-term goals and aspirations
  • Assess candidate's suitability for role.
  • If suitable, brief candidate on the company and all aspects of the appointment.
  • Arrange client / candidate meeting
  • Co-ordinate closely with client and candidate until final decision has been reached
